TCPL Packaging Limited is seeking a proactive and technically competent Assistant Manager Production to support the manufacturing operations of its Luxury Paper Bag Division in Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in luxury paper bag production, robust technical knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day production activities while ensuring quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Assist in managing end-to-end production operations of the Luxury Paper Bag Division.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Supervise production manpower, allocate resources, and organize workflow effectively.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely issue resolution.
- Support production planning, material handling, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
