Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
- Recruit for doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, technicians, and non-clinical staff.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate selection decisions.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS databases, and candidate records.




- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Generate periodic recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct background verification and credential checks for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with hospital recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare/hospital recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in hiring doctors, nurses, technicians, and healthcare support staff.
