Role & Responsibility:

Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payment runs, and reconciliations.

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of AP specialists/clerks.

Maintain and manage Customer relationships, resolve discrepancies, and handle escalations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations and internal control procedures.

Prepare and analyze AP aging reports, accruals, and cash flow forecasts.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and documentation.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.





Support or lead regional projects for system enhancements (e.g., SAP).

Monitor KPIs such as invoice cycle time, accuracy rate, and backlog levels.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience :

8+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

4+ years of experience managing or supervising a finance team.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).

Skills/Competencies Required

Robust understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
