The Technology Strategy and Transformation Practice is a part of and focuses on the clientsmost strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D; transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

Technology driven re-invention: Help clients use technology to expand into new markets, develop new business capabilities, creating new products and services
Reinventing the IT function: Help clients to define a strategic perspective and transformation journey towards a future ready competitive IT function. This includes redefining tech operating model, workforce reinvention, shared services model etc

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Design future-ready IT operating models, including agile and product-oriented operating models, Service oriented operating models, Managed Services operating models etc, governance and decision rights, organization structure, roles and skills, workforce transformation, sourcing strategy, IT shared services, process transformation and business case
Shape AI operating model recommendations, including AI governance, roles and responsibilities, funding and demand intake, data/platform enablement,



responsible AI controls, delivery lifecycle, adoption and scaling mechanisms
Understand and deploy the key business and technology value drivers and translate them into engagement scope, priorities, roadmaps and transformation outcomes
Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends across IT strategy, operating model transformation, cloud, data, AI and emerging technologies
Create expert content for C-Level discussions and demonstrate strong understanding of client industries, technology trends and IT operating model topics to advise senior leadership
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals for IT strategy and operating model transformation engagements

Qualification

Your experience counts!

- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- Your prior experience-
- 4 7 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm

- Experience in at least 2 of the example offerings: IT Operating Models, Agile/Product-oriented Operating Model, IT Shared Services Strategy, Sourcing Strategy, Workforce Transformation,Technology Capability Assessment, Process Transformation, AI Operating Model
- 3+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support IT strategy, process improvement, operating model transformation or technology modernization initiatives
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing IT strategy and operating model recommendations
- Positive knowledge of technology, enterprise architecture and IT operating model concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends including cloud, data, AI and automation
- Strong understanding of IT organization, governance, sourcing, shared services, product/platform ways of working, portfolio management and transformation execution concepts across one or more industries
- Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF, ITIL, COBIT desirable but not essential
