Role & responsibilities

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Dispatch & Logistics to manage dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of finished goods. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatch planning, transportation management, inventory coordination, and ERP-based dispatch documentation.

Plan and coordinate daily dispatches to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Sales, and customers to meet dispatch schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, including Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, and transport documents.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch records, logistics reports, and transporter performance data.
- Verify finished goods, packaging, labeling,



and documentation before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with customer dispatch requirements and statutory regulations.
- Update dispatch details in ERP and maintain accurate inventory movement records.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Support stock reconciliation and periodic inventory verification activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and company procedures in the dispatch area.
