We are partnering with a leading global bank to hire a Head of Technology Consumer Finance Technology to lead the Cards Platform and drive large-scale technology transformation across Consumer Finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technology strategy, engineering, and delivery for the Consumer Finance & Cards Platform.
- Manage global engineering teams and deliver high-performing, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
- Partner with Business, Product, and Operations leaders to define and execute the technology roadmap.
- Drive innovation across Cards, Digital Channels, Consumer Payments, and Customer Experience.
- Lead large-scale platform modernization, product enhancements, and customer migration programs.
- Ensure platform resilience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Experience





- 20+ years of technology leadership experience within Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven experience leading global technology organizations at Head/Executive level.
- Solid expertise in Consumer Lending, with deep knowledge of Cards Technology.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Cards proposition development and lifecycle management
- Digital Banking Channels, Wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tokenization, and Card integrations
- Large-scale customer and product migration programs
- Consumer Payments and payment processing platforms
- Experience managing large, cross-functional engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
