Role & responsibilities

Position:* Storyboard QC (Quality Checker)

*Department:* Pre-Production

*Key Responsibilities :

* Review storyboards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

* Ensure instructional design principles are correctly implemented.

* Verify grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language quality.

* Check content flow, sequencing, and logical structure.

* Validate visual instructions, on-screen text, voice-over scripts, interactions, and assessments.

* Ensure branding, formatting, and templates comply with client

guidelines.

* Identify discrepancies and provide constructive feedback to Instructional Designers.

* Coordinate with the Pre-Production team to resolve quality issues.

* Maintain QC checklists and quality documentation.

* Ensure storyboards are delivered within project timelines without compromising quality.





Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills :

* Excellent English communication and proofreading skills.

* Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.

* Good understanding of instructional design methodologies.

* Ability to identify formatting, content, and functional inconsistencies.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

* Knowledge of e-learning standards and storyboard development is

preferred.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
