Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing and commissioning of GIS, AIS, switchyards, transformers, generators, motors, cables, relays, and associated power system equipment.
- Execute testing activities for substations ranging from 33kV to 765kV.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis during commissioning and operational phases.
- Ensure equipment performance meets technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare testing reports, commissioning records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and site engineers for successful project execution.
- Carry out Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities for plants and switchyards (AIS & GIS).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards at project sites.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and clients when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Electrical Maintenance, or O&M; of substations and industrial plants is preferred.
- Exposure to industries such as Power Plants, Steel, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, or EPC projects will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Experience

- Testing & Commissioning of substations up to 765kV.
- O&M; of AIS/GIS substations and switchyards.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

PAN India Travel required.
