1. ASSY & MC BOP & Consumables Planning & Execution

- Plan and ensure timely availability of Bought-Out Parts (BOP) and consumables for Assembly and Machine Shop operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchase teams to meet daily production requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and replenish stock to avoid shortages.
- Track critical materials and expedite procurement when required.
- Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support production schedules.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain optimum inventory levels for BOP items, consumables, raw materials, and WIP.
- Monitor inventory movement and identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Optimize inventory to reduce carrying costs while ensuring material availability.
- Maintain proper storage practices, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and material traceability.

3. SAP MM Module

- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions.
- Create and process Material Transfer and Stock Transfer transactions.




- Generate Material Requisitions and support Purchase Requisition (PR) processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate SAP inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate material master and inventory data.
- Support stock reconciliation and audit activities through SAP MM.

4. Stores Operations

- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Quality for incoming material inspection and release.
- Ensure timely issue of materials to production based on approved schedules.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the stores.

5. Coordination & Compliance

- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stores performance reports.
