Role & responsibilities

To provide strategic financial leadership and business partnering support for the business. The role is responsible for financial planning, profitability improvement, cost management, business performance monitoring, risk management, treasury, compliance, and governance while supporting sustainable and profitable growth.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:
Formulating GGM BU strategy, P & L and Profitability Management: Analyze profitability by Product, Customer, Industry Segment, Geography, Order to drive & achieve Gross Margins, EBITDA, Contribution Margins, ROCE Review of internal & statutory audit points and act for closing open points.
Balance Sheet Preparation: Responsible for Balance Sheet of Company and drive inventory reduction, receivables reduction and payables management by coordinating wit respective process owners

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management - Optimize cash generation across the business by improving inventory turns, debtor collection, vendor payment management,



cash conversion cycle, monitor project cash flows and large customer contracts, drive free cash flow improvement initiatives.
Cost Management & Manufacturing Finance: Lead product costing and manufacturing cost analysis, establish standard costing systems; Monitor material cost, conversion cost, labour productivity, machine utilization, inventory carrying cost; drive cost reduction programs through value engineering, localization, procurement savings, process improvements

Capital Investment & Expansion Projects - Evaluate capital expenditure proposals by conducting NPV Analysis, IRR Analysis, Payback Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis; support brownfield and greenfield expansion projects and by monitoring project financial performance and ROI realization.
