About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented accounting professionals to join our US Accounting team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with US-based hospitality businesses and gain hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and M3 Accounting Software.
- Record accounting transactions in journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in US payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports.
- Perform ratio analysis and financial statement analysis.
- Compare budgets with actual financial performance and identify variances.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support statutory and financial audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com, or CA Intermediate.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn US accounting standards and processes.
