Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Process)
Salary: 3.5 5.5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients.
- Verify customer details and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
- Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, Quality, and Productivity targets.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in International Voice Process or Customer Support is preferred.




- Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply.
- Comfortable working in US/UK night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
