This isn't a "manage the marketing calendar" job. Pathkind Labs is at a real inflection point, and the person walking into this role is walking into a blank canvas. Brand, performance, team culture there's real building to be done here, not maintenance. You're not inheriting a legacy. You're creating one. If you've done this before, in companies that were figuring it out at full speed, you know exactly what we're talking about.
While the role involves leading integrated brand campaigns, social media marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, offline campaigns and experiences, but what we really want is:
- 10 to 12 years in marketing, with genuine ownership of a function, not just a team within one
- You've been inside a brand during its formative years and were instrumental to its growth, not a bystander to it – your value comes from that hi-functioning start-up
- Equally sharp on brand strategy and performance marketing. Brief in the morning,
interrogate the CAC/ROAS numbers in the evening (not literally, ofcourse)
- Data is how you think, not just what you report. Analytics, attribution, marketing tools and growth metrics are native to you
- Your personality is what's actually happening on the ground, on social, in culture and pop culture. Not just what's in the office
- You can lead multiple ad agencies and read between the lines when they are presenting the growth report
- You communicate and lead with clarity, systems and by example
- Your team grows under you. You mentor people, not just manage them
- Business outcomes before campaign aesthetics. You know when beautiful isn't working
- You can read the room and not just the board room
- You can call a spade a spade when it matters most.
