The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce management at the plant. The role serves as a key link between corporate HR and plant operations, ensuring adherence to legal, organizational, and ethical standards while supporting operational excellence.
1 Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and regulations (wages, safety, factory laws, and employment regulations for blue- and white-collar employees).
- Function as managements representative with statutory authorities, including the Labour Commissioner and other government officials, to maintain harmonious relations and ensure smooth factory operations.
- Drive compliance audits and certifications ensuring adherence to prescribed standards.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Skilled Tax, Income Tax, etc./
