Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end international travel arrangements for VIP clients and senior executives.
- Book and manage international flights, hotels, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
- Provide personalized travel solutions based on client preferences, schedules, and urgency.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and re-issues with minimal disruption to travel plans.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure premium service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality while dealing with senior leadership and high-net-worth clients.
- Monitor travel schedules and provide proactive updates and support during travel.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate travel / VIP desk / luxury travel management.
- Strong knowledge of international ticketing, fare rules, visa basics, and travel documentation.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage urgent VIP requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
