About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern with an eye for aesthetics and interest in Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Event Management to support the VM Operations team. The intern will assist in ensuring seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives across stores, support store launches and events, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain brand and visual standards across retail touchpoints.Key Responsibilities1. Visual Merchandising Execution Support

- Assist in the execution and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and VM initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to brand and visual standards across retail outlets.

2. Prototype Development & Delivery

- Coordinate the development and timely delivery of VM prototypes and display elements.
- Support testing and execution of recent concepts and display formats.

3. Store Launch & Event Support

- Assist in planning and executing store launches, exhibitions, activations, and special events.
- Coordinate logistics,



materials, and on-ground support for VM-related events.

4. Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, production, and installation requirements.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely execution while maintaining quality standards.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project trackers, vendor records, and execution reports.
- Support data collection, documentation, and post-event reporting.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Retail Operations, and Store Teams.
- Follow up on project timelines and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

7. POSM & Display Management

- Support the management and distribution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), window display kits, promotional materials, printed collateral, packaging, and store branding elements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for campaigns and store requirements.
