Roles & Responsibilities Sales Associate (Varaa Shree Jewels Pvt. Ltd.)

- Warmly welcome and attend to customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences, and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to influence customer buying decisions and achieve sales closure.
- Develop strong product knowledge including gold, diamond, and other jewellery categories to confidently guide customers.
- Follow company sales procedures, policies, and ethical standards at all times.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism as per company guidelines.
- Support senior sales staff and management in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement in store performance.
- Assist customers with after-sales services such as product returns, exchanges,



and repair coordination.
- Prepare accurate product estimates, weight calculations, and pricing details during the sales process.
- Work towards achieving category-wise sales targets and actively contribute to increasing overall store profitability.
- Learn and assist in billing procedures and ensure smooth transaction handling.
- Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance customer engagement.
- Take initiative in learning current skills and continuously upgrading product and sales knowledge.
