Role Overview

- Position Title: Associate Manager / Manager
- Experience Range: 12 to 18 Years
- Project Types: Greenfield (from scratch) and Brownfield (expansions/modifications in active plants)
- Industry Focus: Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) / Bulk Drug Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end civil, structural, and architectural works for API manufacturing blocks, solvent storage yards (PESO guidelines), utility buildings, and warehouses.
- Greenfield vs. Brownfield Strategy: Manage ground-up land development, grading, and heavy foundations for Greenfield sites; direct tie-ins, shutdowns, and structural retrofitting safely inside operational Brownfield plants.
- Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all civil/structural designs and site execution align with cGMP, USFDA, and local statutory/factory norms.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with process engineering,



HVAC, piping, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and validation teams.
- Cost & Vendor Management: Control project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera), BOQ preparation, contractor billing verification, and budget optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus).
- Technical Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy equipment foundations, corrosion-resistant flooring for pharma, cleanroom partitioning interfaces, and IS Codes.
- Soft Skills: Solid vendor negotiation, risk management, and leadership capabilities.
