Key Responsibilities

1. Month-End Close & Expense Review

- Perform first-level review of expenses during month-end close to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Review expense settlements and prepaid expenses.

2. Direct Tax Compliance

- Manage monthly TDS & TCS payments and quarterly TDS/TCS return filings.
- Handle foreign remittance compliance (Form 15CA & 15CB).
- Prepare advance tax computation and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in annual Income Tax return filing and direct tax litigations.

3. Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit.

4. Costing & Finance Operations

- Execute monthly costing run and cost center settlements.
- Support lease accounting

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax (TDS, TCS, Income Tax)
- Understanding of costing and finance operations
- Experience in audit coordination
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills
