Eligibility Criteria :

- The candidate with good Academic background and have good communication skills. Must have fluency in English Language.

- The candidate should be comfortable to deal with customers over the phone as well as through video conferencing.

Job Profile:

- Taking outbound and inbound calls for international and domestic customers.

- Providing customer support (dealing with queries, providing assistance in placing and processing orders etc.)

- Capable of handling the customer database.
