Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for executing and supervising all electrical works at high-rise residential apartment projects. The role ensures that all electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation of electrical systems at site
- Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Handle wiring, cabling, panels, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Coordinate with MEP team, civil team, and contractors
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Verify quantities and contractor bills
- Troubleshoot electrical issues at site
- Maintain reports and documentation

Required Qualifications:





- Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering
- 410 years of experience in electrical works

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of electrical systems in high-rise buildings
- Drawing reading and execution skills
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, panels, and wiring
- Site supervision and contractor management
- Basic AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in high-rise residential apartment projects (Preferred)
- Exposure to complete electrical project lifecycle
