- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
- Identify current business opportunities through referrals, leads, and market research.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of affordable housing finance products such as DSA, DST, HL, Home Loans, Lap, Loan Against Property, and Mortgage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance or related field (DSA/DST).
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing finance products including DSA/DST.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
