*Job Summary*

We are looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Lead with expertise in Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands on experience in paid advertising, and the ability to generate high quality leads while maximizing campaign performance.

*Roles and Responsibilities*

* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

* Generate qualified leads for Website Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, CRM, SEO, and Digital Marketing services.

* Manage campaign budgets and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.

* Perform keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and A B testing.

* Coordinate with teammates to create high converting ad creatives and landing pages.

* Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

* Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.





* Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising trends and algorithm updates.

*Required Skills*

* 3 plus years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.

* Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

* Valuable understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and landing page strategy.

* Experience in lead generation campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses.

* Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.

* Experience working in an IT company or Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
