Job Summary
ORCHIDS The International School is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Female Primary English Teacher to teach students in Grades 15. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered classroom setting. Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature to Primary School students.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, projects, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom instruction.
- Maintain academic records and prepare student progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and other school interactions.
- Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and curriculum planning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Education: BA/MA in English with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/international school is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners may be preferred for some openings.
