Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manhattan Technical Consultant with strong experience in Active Omni / Distributed Order Management (DOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Manhattan OMS solutions, ensuring seamless order orchestration and fulfillment across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Manhattan Active Omni / DOM
- Customize and configure order management workflows, orchestration, and fulfillment logic
- Work on API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architecture
- Develop and maintain extensions using Java, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, inventory, and fulfillment
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases
- Ensure best practices in coding,

Required Skills:

- Solid experience with Manhattan Active Omni / DOM (Distributed Order Management)
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of order lifecycle, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and message queues (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with Manhattan Order Management System (OMS)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of retail / e-commerce domain
