Key Responsibilities

For Branch Manager:

- Manage end-to-end branch operations
- Drive group loan disbursement & collections
- Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency
- Lead, train and manage field staff
- Achieve business targets and expand customer base
- Ensure compliance with company policies

For Territory Manager:

- Oversee multiple branches within assigned territory
- Drive business growth, disbursement & collections
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics
- Manage and guide Branch Managers & teams
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Identify expansion opportunities in recent locations

Key Skills Required

- Microfinance / JLG lending experience
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Good communication & problem-solving ability




- Target-oriented with field readiness
- Knowledge of collections & portfolio management

Experience Requirements

Branch Manager (BM):

- Minimum 4+ years in Microfinance
- At least 2 years as Branch Manager
- Territory Manager (TM):

- Minimum 6+ years in Microfinance
- At least 2 years as Territory Manager
