The role holder is responsible for ensuring safety operation in the plant and support production team for continuous operation without breakdown. He should maintain the equipments and instruments in positive manner and all quality aspects at low cost for smooth functioning of instrumentation in organization.
Job Description:
- Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
- Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
- Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
- Maintenance of PLC control panels, Motor operated valves, pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves
- Basic Trouble shoot of PLC and SCADA systems (Allen Bradley, Honeywell, Siemens, and delta make)Role & responsibilities
