Key Responsibilities:

Prepare premium cakes, pastries, brownies, desserts & breads.

Maintain product quality and consistency.

Follow food safety, hygiene and SOP standards.

Manage production targets in a high-volume Central Kitchen.

Work closely with the Chef to deliver excellence every day.

Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment

Ready to work rotational shifts and overtime if required

Key Responsibilities

Packing bakery products as per company standards.

Sorting, labeling and dispatching finished goods.

Loading & unloading materials.

Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Following quality and hygiene SOPs.
