- 20+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in core Quality across Sales & Fulfilment, Source-to-Pay, or Finance & Accounting. Strong expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement.
- Hands-on experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading quality for multiple global accounts and managing senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving quality transformation, automation, and business performance improvements.
- Robust experience in quality strategy, metrics management, governance, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Expertise in risk management, process standardization, compliance, and audit governance.
