Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Work on international non-voice processes such as email support or chat process for global clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
- Ability to work versatile shifts including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge with typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Strong English language proficiency (written & spoken).
