Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the company s procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing AV equipment, digital signage components, vendor management, cost optimization, generating purchase orders (POs), and ensuring timely availability of materials for project execution.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Source and procure AV equipment, digital signage hardware, and related components.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors for long-term collaboration.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams.
- Ensure timely procurement to support project deadlines and business needs.
- Generate purchase orders (POs) for procurement and ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
- Track market trends, pricing, and new product availability in the AV and digital signage industry.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Handle logistics coordination for delivery and dispatch of materials.

Salary:

- 40,000-50,000 Per month

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in AV, IT, or electronics industry.
- Robust knowledge of AV equipment and digital signage solutions is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
