Job Summary:

The MEP Procurement & Costing Engineer is responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle of MEP materials and systems for healthcare projects understand the BOQ and analysis the same, along with cost estimation and vendor management. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management

- Handle end-to-end procurement of MEP materials:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical equipment
- Plumbing & fire fighting systems
- Medical gas systems

2. Vendor Management

3. Costing & Estimation Support

4. Healthcare Project Coordination

5. Technical Evaluation

6. Logistics & Delivery Management

7. Documentation & Reporting

8. Cost Control & Value Engineering

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC,



Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Experience in procurement for healthcare/hospital projects
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel (advanced)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- AutoCAD (basic understanding)

Qualification- B.Tech -Mechanical/Electrical

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in construction projects purchase department.

- Will look after other projects of Sarvodaya Unit as per the requirement
