Job Summary (List Format):

- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications using UNIX, Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Design, develop, test, and implement complex database programs utilizing Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX.
- Work extensively with Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL objects such as functions, procedures, packages, triggers, views (including materialized views), db_links, sequences, cursors, transactions, energetic SQL queries, and exception handling.
- Manage production support activities, including debugging and fixing issues in Oracle objects.
- Perform data mapping, conversion, transformation, and integration tasks as per third-party vendor requirements, as well as integrating legacy applications/tools with vendor tools.
- Optimize performance of existing Oracle code, queries, stored procedures,



packages, and functions using tools such as explain plan.
- Develop UNIX Shell Scripts for loading Oracle tables from data files using SQL LOADER, and automate UNIX scripts through CRON JOBS.
- Create UNIT test plans, collaborate closely with QA teams, and review test plans to ensure software quality.

Good to Have:
- Experience in HR/Payroll domain.
- Familiarity with Oracle s htp.p packages.
- Experience with Matillion ETL tool.
- Experience with Snowflake data platform.
