1. Business Analysis & Market Research

- Conduct market research on Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, and related industries.
- Analyze competitor activities, dealer network expansion, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Prepare business intelligence reports for strategic decision-making.

2. Sales MIS & Performance Reporting

- Maintain and update global sales dashboards.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Consolidate dealer-wise, country-wise, and product-wise performance reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management presentations.

3. Dealer & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, regional sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Organize dealer conferences, review meetings, and sales planning sessions.
- Track action items arising from meetings.

4. Calendar, Travel & Executive Support EA Responsibility

- Manage the Global Sales Head's calendar and appointments.




- Coordinate international and domestic travel.
- Handle reimbursements, expense tracking, and administrative support.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of meetings across multiple time zones.

5. Strategic Planning & Business Reviews

- Support annual business planning exercises.
- Prepare business review presentations.
- Analyze sales trends, profitability, dealer performance, and market penetration.

6. Project Tracking & Follow-up Management

- Monitor strategic initiatives assigned by the Global Sales Head.
- Track progress of dealership expansion, sales projects, and current initiatives.
- Maintain action trackers and status reports.

7. Process Improvement & Data Management

- Develop reporting templates and dashboards.
- Improve efficiency of sales reporting and tracking processes.
- Maintain centralized repository of business documents and data.
