Job Title: Academic Advisor

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Academic Advisor to guide and support students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student queries, tracking academic progress, providing timely updates, and ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students on academic processes and program requirements.
- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Track student progress and ensure timely completion of academic milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student concerns.
- Maintain high student satisfaction and retention.
- Work with CRM/LMS and update MIS reports.

Eligibility:

- 16 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, customer success, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/LMS and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.Role & responsibilities
