Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned area.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners, including builders, developers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase LAP (Loan Against Property) sales, focusing on high-value transactions.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing a team of sales professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field with expertise in LAP sales.

- Solid understanding of financial products such as mortgages, loans against property, etc. .

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
