Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - EDIL

Location: Hyderabad

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for secured business Products.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.

Establish annual sales quotas for regions and monitor performance against these targets.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and training to enhance team capabilities.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.

Prepare and analyse sales reports and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.

Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring productive allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing,



ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Manage customer escalations and work towards timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:-

- Graduates (Preferred); Post-Graduates (Optional, MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in School Financing .

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly in education and institutional loans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and implement sales plans effectively.
