Role & responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, FICO, and technical teams.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and Go-Live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues while ensuring system stability.
- Drive process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
- Support data migration, master data management, and integration activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
