Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ responses with cross-functional teams
- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical proposals, estimations, and presentations
- Support customer discussions, demos, and clarifications during bid cycles
- Work with internal teams for solution sizing, scope definition, and delivery alignment
- Build reusable proposal assets, templates, and knowledge repositories
- Drive AI-led pre-sales initiatives such as proposal automation, requirement summarization, and productivity improvements
- Support quick POCs, demos, and mockups using low-code / AI-assisted tools

Required Skills:

- Telecom / IT / Digital Transformation domain experience preferred
- Knowledge of Telecom BSS / OSS / Network systems




- Exposure to CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Customer Care
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing confidence
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings/events

Valuable to Have:

- TM Forum / Telecom standards exposure
- Cloud, SaaS, Deployment Architecture knowledge
- Experience with global customers (Europe / MEA / APAC)
- Familiarity with AI tools for RFP automation, content generation, analytics, or rapid prototyping
