- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for real estate projects.
- Process vendor invoices, contractor bills, and service agreements.
- Verify invoices against work orders, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Handle payments including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque processing.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Track and manage project-wise expenses and cost allocations.
- Ensure timely payment to contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Handle TDS deductions, ensuring vendor invoice in GSTR-2A/2B, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure booking of invoices every month to ensure completeness of books.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Mandatory experience of at least 3 years in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor compliance.
- Experience in handling contractor payments and project accounting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in project-based accounting and cost tracking is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real Estate regulatory environment.
- Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head.
