Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of high-rise buildings, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and services.
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects related to building maintenance, security, and amenities.
- Ensure timely resolution of resident complaints and issues through effective communication.
Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in high-rise building management.
- Solid knowledge of property management principles, including budgeting, finance, and legal aspects.
- Proven track record in managing multiple properties simultaneously with attention to detail.
