Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from UK-based customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Record customer interactions accurately and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department whenever necessary.
- Ensure clear communication and create a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support or international voice process are encouraged to apply.

Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Availability

- Comfortable working in UK rotational shifts.
- Flexible to work with rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary

- Freshers: Up to 4.3 LPA (up to 30,000 per month)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
