We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities. .This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FPA) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings.Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable sustainable growth.

What are we looking for
815 years of overall experience in Order to Cash operations and transformation with deep domain knowledge across billing,



collections, credit management, and cash application35 years of experience managing large-scale O2C transformation projects, including process redesign, automation, and global standardizationExperience working in shared service environments (BPO Provider or Captive)Solid problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiativesSelf-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.Creative problem solver with a strong consulting mindsetAdaptable to change and capable of driving transformation across diverse stakeholder groupsExcellent communication and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx), and GenAI-powered Hyper Automation solutionsWorking knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle used in O2C processesFamiliarity with BPaaS, GenAI, and emerging technologies relevant to finance transformationGraduate or Postgraduate in Finance or Commerce, or MBA; CA preferredLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct process diagnostics, deep dives, and opportunity assessments across automation, analytics, simplification, and optimizationPrepare initiative documents such as Project Charters, defining timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and risksAlign resource needs and timelines with Centers of Excellence (Automation, Analytics, etc.)Track initiative progress, highlight challenges, and collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve issuesPrepare and distribute progress reports in PMO-defined formatsAlign and support execution of Change Management strategy and action plansCollaborate with the wider ecosystem to assess innovations and their relevance to client contextEvangelize transformation solutions and drive stakeholder engagement across retained and outsourced finance functions
