Role & responsibilities

- Perform organic synthesis and laboratory experiments as per project requirements.
- Execute R&D; activities and support current product/process development.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results.
- Collect and analyze data related to custom synthesis, analytical development, and impurity profiling.
- Coordinate with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) team for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
- Follow ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, quality records, and technical reports.
- Contribute innovative ideas and recommend patent protection for novel developments when applicable.
- Follow team instructions, ensure safe laboratory practices, and support timely completion of R&D; projects.

Preferred candidate profile

1+ Year experience in R&D; Chemist, synthesis Chemistry, R&D; Research, Process development,Organic chemistry.
