Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and qualified manner.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and provide product information to customers from various countries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US) environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
