Job Description:

- Competent professional with over 5 to 10years of rich & extensive experience in IT Staffing
- Experience in handling large client accounts and able to frontend them.
- People management and leadership (Recruitment / Selection / Training & Development / Coaching / Conflict Management / Performance Management)
- Strategic planning skills
- Organisational skills (prioritise, plan, assign and control)
- Decision-making abilities
- Result-oriented and customer-focused
- Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Solid analytical and planning skills (Analysing referrals / Creative thinking)
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture




- Strong network & relationship building capabilities

Work Schedule:

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + All Sundays

Requirements:

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection

Max Salary-20k to 22k( Depending on experience)

Minimum 1 Year of Gap not more than that for work experience

Only female candidates are eligible for this position

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment for both contract or permanent positions

Sourcing and screening candidates based on client requirements

Working on all major technologies and IT skills

Interacting with clients and understanding their technical requirements

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

Maintaining databases and documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skills

Experience in contract/permanent hiring

Experience working with large clients (please mention client names in your CV)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Must have handled various technology stacks (mentioned in CV)

Technically sound with proven recruitment success

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
