Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
- Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
- Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
- Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retainment of old customers
- Conduct valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies
- Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections




- Positive planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
- Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
- Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
- Responsible for correct valuation and 100% process compliance at branch

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education Skill Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelors Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
