- Monitor and maintain quality standard in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Analyze quality issues, customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports, KPI and documentations.
- Conduct audit and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirement.
- Coordinate with operation and warehouse team for continuous process improvement.

- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within industry.
