Job Title :- SAP GTS
Location :- Tech-M Office, Electronic City, Bangalore
Work Mode :- 5 days Work from Office in a week.
Shifts (If any):- Rotational Shift (Night shifts included) with Monthly Roasters

As part of SAP Product Support, you will be working on supporting our customers who are using SAP GTS Edition for HANA and S/4 HANA (with International Trade). Primarily, you would be handling their issues related to compliance, customs, risk and intrastat reporting and their configurations with many more tasks as below:

- Analyze and resolve customer issues
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for customer problems
- Provide direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System

(ABAP debugging, Fiori analysis, verifying complex customizing)

- Work effectively with colleagues and customers from all around the world
- Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action
- Extend the internal and external Knowledge Base
- Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture customer feedback to influence process/product improvements.

SKILLS REQUIRED





- Experience in Global Trade Logistics, SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
- Experience with SAP ERP Systems and International Trade.
- ABAP Programming skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
- Knowledge of logistics and production processes is an advantage
- Robust ability to capture a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues
- Ability to successfully troubleshoot and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to listen to and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues
- Can do attitude and team player

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any Engineering discipline.
- Any prior experience in Support, Consulting, or IT will be preferred.
