We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Equity Dealer / Equity Advisor to join our Retail Branch team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of equity markets, client advisory, and portfolio management, along with a passion for delivering exceptional investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing client portfolios and drive AUM growth.
- Acquire new clients through references, networking, and business development activities.
- Understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Provide regular market updates, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews.
- Generate brokerage revenue while ensuring long-term client profitability.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular engagement and meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- NISM Series VIII Certification (Mandatory).
- 2-6 years of experience in Equity Dealing, Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, or Stock Broking.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about financial markets.
